Well, someone needed to rehome their everglades rat female so so $10 later she is living with the black rat and the yellow rat. No picks yet but she is a very pretty light orange/yellow. Well, wouldn't you know it, walked in to the shop at the flea market today and I said to a friend what ya holdin..? A baby grey rat, maybe a green rat?. About 10" long and eating pinkies. Oh, and can you keep him for me awhile, I don't have room right now. So he came home with us and is living with my juvenile snow corn for the next month. So that's 16 ..... and everybody ate tonight but my female ball pyhon, she would rather cruise around town and sight see apparently. And the borneo blood but he's in shed and hisses if you go near the cage soooo...

Just falling in your lap now? LOL I don't think it's legal to sell any type of animal at a flea market in Pa. I don't believe I've ever even seen litter of kittens at one. Probably need some type of permit for "public sales". When I hatch out a clutch of eggs, I usually just keep the ones I want and take the rest to the shows and sell them off to the breeders.

Well my nearest show is two hours one way and its jun/nov.... although they did add a march show this year. I'm in Charleston SC and the nearest show is Columbia SC. Charlotte has 2x year but its the same promoters and a smaller show b/c they don't do venomous there. All are Repticon shows within 6-8 hrs of me. Atlanta is a good 6 hours one way and I wonder what that would be like because they can't keep captive anything native in GA which would include corns, rats and kings.

Georgia does have some weird Herp regulations. You can keep and collect whatever venomous you want, but can't have that little albino corn!!! I guess I'm lucky being where I am. They have a show every 2 months within 30 minutes driving time from me.
